Your dream job

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WILL LOOK LIKE :


» Receiving and evaluating claims for defective, missing or non-conforming products. 

» Follow the return process for defective, surplus or other products.

» Coordinate the collection of relevant information from customers and internal teams in order to take a position on whether or not to validate the claim, with the aim of resolving claims quickly and satisfactorily.

» Maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate communication in resolving claims 

 

AND, BY THE WAY:


» Prepare periodic reports on claims and returns to ensure timely and effective follow-up. 

» Make recommendations to improve processes and reduce costs related to claims and returns.

» Perform all other related tasks

Our dream candidate

» Has a degree in administration or related field

»Has experience in claims and returns management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

 » Is bilingual (French - English), oral and written

 »Good sense of analysis and priorities

 » Excellent communication skills 

 » Able to work under pressure

 » Enjoys teamwork
